The Best Day of the Year

Hey Lovelies!

I bet you're wondering why is it the best day of the year?

Cuz its my BIRTHDAY!!!

I really wasn't feeling the birthday much this year and then my friends stepped in and got me all excited and stuff....

But speaking of presents....I got a bunch in the mail last week because I participated in the Christmas in July Blog Swap.

My partner was the truly awesome Kym of bitty.and.bunny.

We had so much fun emailing back and forth getting to know one another before we picked out our gifts. I truly enjoyed getting to know her and hope to interact with her even after all this bloggy goodness. We even share a love of mock meat!

Excuse the poor pic quality, but there are tons of goodies in there. Bath fizzies, a shimmer/bronzer, lip gloss, bangles, a hand woven bookmark (she knows I love to read), nail stickers, and recipes to try out. There are also some cool button/pins that I added to my collection at work.

She made Boomer and I matching friend ship bracelets, and even included a small package for Boomer. She was beyond thrilled. (Especially since Mommy gets all the mail usually. They're bills, but you can't explain that to a six year old) Kym got her some very cool cake erasers, nail stickers, a bracelet, and stickers that Boomer used to decorate her DS.
